Great place to stay that is reasonably priced with a restaurant/bar with great food and service attached. Less than a minute walk to beautiful white quartz beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Had a good time, place was clean and looked like the photos. Located across the road from the beach but was able to find parking and within a close distant of restaurants!

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

We were pleasantly surprised with just how nice it was decorated. So “beachy” We absolutely loved it! The two big palm trees outside the balcony were chefs kisses. Literally a two minute walk from the front door to walking on sand. Mary checked on us after a couple days and again the day before we checked out. She was super sweet and gave us clear instructions on check in/out. We enjoyed every second of our trip and looking forward to visiting again next year!

Stayed in this paradise and was clean, nice views, and an overall great experience! Would recommend staying here has multiple pools as well !! Also has beach access and would recommend the lazy river ! The room has a mini outdoor patio with a stunning view.

This place was wonderful! We had 6 people and never felt crowded at all! The place was extremely kid friendly, the perfect distance from every restaurant, beach accesses, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again! If you have littles this is the place to stay! The host was also wonderful! They responded to everything in such a timely manner.

Five Enthusiastic Stars! This is one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had! Being a short walk to the beach, just steps to the pool from our unit, relaxing and thoughtful decor in a clean, family friendly atmosphere are just a few of the highlights. Every amenity was thought of, and we didn’t have to run out and get any extra supplies to feel at home during our stay.

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

This was our 3rd trip to stay at Piper Cove and it was the best so far out of the 3 years. Traveling with 4 kids can be challenging for a mom to remember to pack everything. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. I loved that Theresa the local property manager was very quick and helpful to bringing the complimentary beach towels that came with the rental & even cooking pots for me to use for a big family dinner. This was my 3rd annual vacation with my 2 cousins and their families. It was nice to have big thick beach towels to use as well as the free beach chairs and umbrellas service on the beach. We were a family of 6 and had a comfortable stay in this condo. We had plenty of bath towels/ soft toilet paper/ dish soap/ shampoo/ even body wash. The unit had plenty of big trash bags. We walked to Target down the road (1 mile there and back). There is also a Mcdonald’s that shares the parking lot with Target. This property is a great location!

We had the best time staying at 1136 Sandpiper Cove! The condo was super cute and felt so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially loved having a full-size crockpot. It made dinners easy after a day at the beach. The beds were really comfy, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were super convenient, too. The beach closet was such a nice! Chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all there, which made our beach days a breeze. The location right on the beach was amazing, and we loved relaxing on the back deck. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Kim, the host, was super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. And the highlight for my kids? They found 11 shark teeth just a few steps away from the beach access! Definitely a memory we’ll all treasure. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is great for introverts! It's quiet, peaceful, close to the beach and away from all the people. My daughter and I had everything we could think of - towels, dishes, beach stuff, even condiments. The little backyard was pretty neat. the bedroom is huge with a comfy king size bed. If I had any questions, I think Tara was responding before I even hit send!

Beautiful, very relaxing condo. My wife and I had a great time at Amy’s place. Everything we wanted to do and go to was within 10 minutes from the condo. A must stay!

I was hesitant booking this place but Natalie reassured me that it met all my needs and it did. The sunsets off the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. It’s an elevator ride and steps to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a little family get away. The beach is not crowded. We never made it to the pool but it was nice. We felt right at home. We highly recommend 604A!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kids loved the extra space to play, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and cozy family areas. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops and attractions just minutes away. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect place for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed Bradford’s place. He was very helpful and good to work with. The place was amazing. Felt comfortable and was really clean. Lots to do in that area as well. Will definitely come back again.

I booked at the last minute so I was a little skeptical at first, but honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The place looked just like the photos and Lynsie the host was amazing and had great communication she definitely made the stay worth it! I will book again : )

Two summer vacations in a row and two grand slams in a row! We missed our happy place and were happy to be back. Heather is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to return next summer! Beach vibes were amazing, but the memories with my boys will last a lifetime! Heather is responsive, flexible and most importantly friendly and hospitable! If there was ever a Host Hall of Fame, she’d be first ballot! The resort is filled with amenities, walking distance (less than 1 mile walk) to June Decker Beach and walking distance to many eateries on Emerald Coast Hwy.

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

Great stay and beautiful views! There are ocean views from every window and the balcony, I don’t believe the pictures give that justice. The beach is a short walk with one of the pools near by. Beach chairs/umbrella are not included with the condo. They are available on the beach for a daily fee of $50. We chose to buy a couple of our own chairs and an umbrella which we were able to take home since we drove. Another small piece of advice, once you enter the code to the door, pull the door knob toward you and then turn and push. Otherwise it was tricky getting in, initially. Overall we enjoyed our stay and experience at El Matador!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very easy to find and the check in was very smooth! We walked in and loved the condo and the view on the balcony. It was very clean. The sheets on the master bed were very soft! It was our first time bringing our baby to the beach and they offered the pak-n-play and second bedroom was perfect for her! They were extremely responsive and gave local recommendations. The Palms is a great place for families and the pool doesn’t close until 11! It was close to everything and a straight shot to the beach. They had everything you would need on a vacation!! We will definitely be back.

The communication from start to finish was top notch! The place was great, great view and felt very open inside! It had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the beach was beautiful! Wonderful experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners had a beautiful comfortable place for us to enjoy our vacation. The rooms were spacious and their were two rooms with a master bath. They have a enclosed garage and one extra parking spot and an overflow lot for extra guests. The outside patio was spacious and had nice patio furniture all around the open living kitchen and lounging areas. The access to the beach was only a 5 minute walk. I would have to say that our stay was worth every cent we spent and look forward to staying here again.
