Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The price is not included in the regular house rent. Although the house is located in a nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

There are two stoves, a nice sunroom, a nice kitchen with everything you need, a living room and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a large terrace, lawn, jetty, a smaller boat with electric motor and a nice place for swimming. There is one double bedroom, two beds in the loft and another two beds in the small newly-built cottage in the courtyard (without electricity).

If you are a large group, there is also a herbre (a traditional Swedish hut) available around the corner with 4 beds. Easy to get to the cottage and about 30 km to Mora.

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
