農家民泊かわちん家は九州の大分県佐伯市、中心地のJR佐伯駅から車で40分ほどの山あいの地域「直川」にあります。家の周辺は山に囲まれ、田んぼの綺麗な日本の原風景が広がっています。元気で社交的なお母さんと優しいお父さんが迎えてくれます。お風呂は家の浴室を使っていただくか、近所に鉱泉センター（沸かした温泉）があるのでそちらを利用できます。小さな集落の中にある家なのですごく静かな環境で空気は美味しく、自然に囲まれているので四季を通して色々な体験を楽しめます。季節によって様々な農作物の収穫や、川遊び、郷土料理の調理体験などを楽しめます。
