We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Communication with our host was prompt, friendly, considerate and seamless. The property is a lovely modern gem located in a quiet street whilst still being very handy to the beach, shops and restaurants. The amenities were absolutely top-notch and every corner had aesthetic appeal. We were as impressed by the outside areas as we were the gorgeous, spacious interior. The indoor plants added freshness to the space and it was extremely easy to relax in such a naturally well lit, open plan environment. The gorgeous furniture is designed for relaxation (as were the super comfortable beds) and we were impressed by the calibre of linen etc. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and the pet-friendly policy was a blessing. making it a delightful experience for our dog as well. The kitchen was stocked with essentials plus so much more and our host's thoughtful touches made our stay exceptional. 10/10 we’ll be back.

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Papamoa! The property was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to great cafes and shops. The hosts were friendly and responsive, adding thoughtful touches that made my stay even better. The outdoor area was a great place to unwind, and overall, it was the perfect getaway. The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Adrienne's place was absolutely perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room to spread ourselves out plus great communal areas. Fantastic views of the beach and ocean from the main living area. Extremely comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We even made use of the heated swimming pool, despite the weather bomb that hit while we there. Communications with Adrienne were excellent. it was an amazing trip with my family even though the weather was bad we still made used of the pool and spa so beautiful everything was close by I will recommend big family to stay here

The place matches the photos, clear and easy instructions to follow, supper clean and tidy, brand new furniture, nice location, really close to the beach, and etc. Karen was extremely polite and caring with us. This is such a gorgeous home right next to beautiful Papamoa beach. Lovely kitchen and open deck area with a pretty garden, and easy living. We had such a great time -walking and swimming at the beach, enjoying local cafes, and a short drive to excellent restaurants (great tips from Lisa too, thank you!). Looking forward to finding a way to return!

Comfortable spot with everything you need available at the house. Close to the beach, cafes, pubs and shopping centres, so can avoid getting in the car all the time. Thanks Val ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Lesa's beautiful house. Lesa was an awesome host and the house was even better than we imagined, everything we needed was provided (even some fresh bread and milk). There are 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite), the lounge can be separated from the living area and also opens onto a nice sunny deck. the back yard opens onto a reserve/walkway which is awesome for walking/exercising the dog and also means you can walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Papamoa.

What a great place to stay. Very modern, clean and quiet neighbourhood. Easy flat 5 minute walk to beach. Local shops 10 minute walk, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre and supermarket. (4 square) Would look to stay here again for sure when in Papamoa
