You know when you walk in to an air BnB and you instantly feel at ease and like you’re going to have the best weekend because of the place you get to sleep is perfect, this is how I felt stepping into Raewyn and Rod’s property. It was clean to absolute perfection, the bathroom was really cool, the beds were great - comfortable as and the granola, as per other reviews was fab! The home made peaches were however my favourite and my dad loved the plum jam! It’s peaceful with a great view and ambient outdoor areas to soak up some sun. In walking distance from a cute coffee spot and the pub was great for food. My dad and I had the best weekend and we couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and highly recommend.

We were just passing through, but this space was so comfortable we could have easily stayed for weeks! The beach was beautiful and easy walk from the house. In the morning we enjoyed delicious treats from the bakery just down the road.

What a lovely place to stay and the location is super close to the beach. Jackson is an awesome host. Great communication and very helpful. Hope to stay here again when we’re visiting Tauranga.

Kelsey was an excellent host—responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in seamless. The penthouse was stunning, exceptionally clean, and felt just like home, with comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us to catch up with family — also just a short walk across the road to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great price for a really exoensive area. Stone throw to local beach and local mall is short drive. Melanie exceeded all communication communicatoon, even offered us a late check-out as they didnt have a subsequent booking. Pictures were a very accurate depiction of the place, clean, tidy, with lots of little extras that are easily forgotton. Such as face clothes, soap, dishwashing powder, cooking equipment etc... Great place to stay at and would not only use again myself but actively recommend to others. A++

Stayed here for two nights & it had everything you needed😍 such a stunning home we loved everything about it. Especially waking up to a beautiful view right across🥰 Everything was clean & spotless which I loved🙌. Kids also loved the pool! We had the most wonderful stay at Aisling’s home! The house was perfectly situated, just a stone’s throw from the beach and only a short 6-8 minute drive to Opotiki township. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. The doors and windows leading out to the deck were a highlight, allowing the fresh air to flow through the home. The deck itself was perfect for relaxing, whether it was sipping morning coffee or enjoying dinner with family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was an ample supply of bedding, which added an extra layer of comfort. The entire home exceeded my expectations, and my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend Aisling’s home – it’s a true gem!

Jolene’s beach house has unbelievably spectacular views. The house design and decor is straight out of a home decorating magazine. The huge deck gives perfect privacy and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The ocean was warm and wonderful for swimming . The house itself is incredibly well outfitted and Jolene made sure that we had everything, including coffee…. driving way out of her way to show up in the morning with a missing part for the machine. We were delighted with everything about this experience and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)

Great location, minutes walk to the beach and shops if needed. The house was very spacious so was great for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linen. Big kitchen to cook in with all the amenities you need. Spa was a nice touch and there’s a ping pong table in the garage which was enjoyable!
