This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

I have booked multiple Air BnB’s this by far has been the best experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The snacks were an added bonus and perfectly picked! If you are considering booking this DO IT! Board games and books are available. Kristy has equipped that house with exactly what you need to enjoy time as a couple or with children.

Diane's house was in a great location close to everything Wilmington has to offer! She provided clear instructions and was able to accommodate us last minute which I really appreciated!

This was a great location for our short getaway. Victoria was very responsive and the suite was as described. We would definitely stay again.

The Airbnb met our expectations perfectly! The price is economical and Devon does a great job describing the place. If you’re disappointed then you didn’t read what she wrote. The place was so clean, quiet, and very cool music posters. The host has great taste. Overall enjoyed the stay. Great place to sleep after spending all day at the beach.
