From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
