Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Very nice 2-room apartment SonthofenAllgäu

The modern furnished apartment "Alpenvogel" with a wonderful view of the Hörnergruppe is located in the Sonthofen district of Rieden in a very quiet location. It is an ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu. The apartment consists of a living room (sofa bed for 2 people and 1 extra bed for 1 person), a kitchen, bedroom (1 box spring double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet, a west-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Contemporary and high-quality studio apartment with approx. 38 m² of living space, spread over a living/sleeping room with additional sleeping alcove, dining area, kitchen and shower room. The apartment is designed for occupancy by 2 adults. We have additional sleeping places for children and teenagers on request. A garden with a seating area in front of the apartment is available to share. Our house is located in Ofterschwang directly at the lift (summer and winter operation).

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.
