I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the management staff made everything seamless — they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and professional. The property itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The view was stunning and truly completed the whole experience, matching every expectation perfectly. There were a few very minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and had them resolved almost immediately, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

This had been my temporary home in Goa. Peaceful place at the heart of Panjim. Attentive and friendly host makes the stay beautiful. Recommended.

Jolene is very kind and helpful. I needed to extend my stay by a day because my son was unwell, but this apartment had already been booked for the next day. All Jolene needed to do was respond "Sorry, not posssible" to my request. But she went above and beyond, and found another place for us to move to. Thank you, Jolene. ❤️

This was honestly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at. The beach felt almost private, and the pool was super clean and well-maintained. The whole place was spotless, cozy, and set in a stunning location and everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A big shoutout to the manager, Ruvel, for being incredibly helpful and attentive. He made check-in a breeze and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!
