I really enjoyed staying at Ipsita's place in Bhubaneswar. The place is as described. We stayed on the ground floor. I found it very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. I would like to thank the caretaker Ritum who cooks very well and is very helpful, and also Jagan for the cleanliness and courtesy. Communication with the host went well, and they put an extra bed in the room and made the kitchen exclusive for us. I highly recommend this place, it was a very pleasant stay.

Located at the center of the city this well maintained neat & clean property will always be my first preference when visiting Bhubaneswar. The photos of the property are accurate. Owner is very kind, humble, helpful and easy to reach out if anything needed. Washroom is very tidy. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items/appliances like Microwave Oven, Gas Stove, Fridge, necessary utensils etc. Pros: 1. 50m from main road 2. Approx 250m from Jayadev Vihar, Auto Stand, Bus Stop 3. Orthopaedic Mattresses on bed - convenient for all, especially for aged people. 4. All shops for any basic needs are within 50-100m 5. Ola, Uber, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy etc accessible location. 6. Safe locality

Had to stay for 12 days at bherampur for work and tried this place it felt like home throughout the stay uncle actually took my brother around to show nearby shops and guided us where to buy groceries and everything and even gave us chena poda sweet which was so good location is so close for all shops and everything Swiggy Zomato everything works very affordable they provided gas stove and all the utensils and maid was good she used to wash all the utensils daily and clean the room took good care as sister thanks for everything.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Darshan’s place. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and they were very accommodating throughout my visit. The location was perfect very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and all instructions were clear and straightforward.

It's the perfect stay near the beach with all the necessary amenities. Transport was a bit of a hassle, but having a rental car really made things easier and saved us money too.

Very good management, but very far from swargadwar. It costs around 500 rupees to go there once, which is very expensive.

The property was great, if we say about the cleaness and responsive hosts. All amenities was in place and available. Reaching the location is a bit struggle. but overall the stay was homely and cleaness was top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Kalyan Kumar’s place! The location is excellent — just a short distance from the beautiful Puri beach but around 2 KM from the main beach, making it perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. The property was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, ideal for both families and solo travelers. Soumya was a gracious co-host, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Puri!

We has an absolutely wonderful stay at ‘Sunrise Puri Beach View Apartment’. The location was great, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sea beach, with stunning sea view from the balcony and the rooms. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay (even we can say more than that we needed). The market is nearby, and local communications are available at the gate of the apartment. The host Sanjeeb Ji is super friendly, responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. And the caretaker lady was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended and this is definitely going to be our stay next time we visit Puri.

This Airbnb truly felt like our second home in Puri! The entire place was clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is a short distance from the railway station and 1-2 km from both the temple and beach. Our host Madhu was always available to help even during odd hours when we called with requests. Her responsiveness and care made our stay completely stress-free. The comfort level was so high that we wished we could have extended our stay. We’ll definitely be returning to this perfect home away from home on our next visit to Puri :)

Great place and good host. You won’t regret staying there. Feedback for the host - perfume was over in the drawing room, phenyl wasn’t present in the bathroom. If you can place the caretakers number outside the main door that would be helpful. These are some small issues that we faced. All in all very thoughtfully designed house. Don’t think twice before booking.

We loved the place! We booked it through Airbnb, and Kalyan Kumar's hospitality was top-notch. The cozy vibe made us feel like we were staying in a home. The only suggestion we'd make is to enhance the kitchen's cleanliness and perhaps stock more essentials. Communication with Kalyan was excellent; he provided everything we requested promptly. The location is also perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Siddhartha is a great host. He was available via chat during the stay and recommended some great restaurants and activities around Puri. Our flight was delayed so he co-operated by extending our check out on request (It's subject to next day booking). The stay was easy to find. Only thing is the breakfast available in the cafe downstairs is a buffet only which is not value for the money and the don't have good tea but the lunch and dinner was good.

I stayed for little over 2 months and the apartment was one the best place I have stayed. The host was very responsive in fulfilling the requests. The apartment has all the facilities; gym, ample parking and round the clock security and maintenance. I strongly recommend this place.
