Host disponibili in ogni momento dell' vacanza, casa come descritta dall' annuncio e in una posizione molto strategica, consiglio vivamente la casa a tutti quelli che vogliono soggiornare a Berlino, grazie ancora per la gentilezza.

Me sentí como en casa un departamento, justo con la descripción, la estación de bus, frente a la puerta de ingreso del edificio, fácil, acceso y muy cercano a muchas estaciones de trenes principales; realmente recomiendo mucho el departamento de Marcus, y espero volver en futuras visitas a Berlín

The apartment was great, exactly how it was described. The location is very good, right next to one of the main metro stations. You can easily get to the most famous spots in the city center by walking as well. Amazing restaurants nearby, the REWE grocery store is 7 min by foot. The place is very well equipped, modern and clean. Tara is a lovely host, really helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We totally recommend!

opravdu skvělé ubytování. všechno šlapalo, perfektně. Velmi příjemné bylo to, že jsme si nemuseli dělat starosti se snídaněmi ;-) Bylo tam nakoupeno spousta jídla. díky. Hned v domě, cca 20m je skvělá japonsko-vietnamská restaurace, kde nám opravdu chutnalo. potraviny, které jsou otevřeny až 23h ve všední den a i v sobotu. Kousíček je super trh, s čerstvými rybami, ovocem i zeleninou. Samozřejmě do 5 min chůze je i skvělý KariWurst. Kousíček je i metro a i autobusy, dokonce i ty dvoupatrové. Prostě se dá všude snadno dostat ;-) Až příště pojedu do Berlína, rozhodně se zkusím ubytovat tady.

Merci a Vincent pour s être adapter a notre heure d arrivée même avec un décalage de dernière minute. L appartement est très propre et bien placé juste à côté d' un accès métro. Rue passante mais aucun bruit quand on est a l' intérieur. appartement très propre. et encore merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et convivial😁

Huan is an excellent host, extremely considerate and helpful. The flat was perfect, in an excellent position, and clean and wholesome to stay in. Huan had provided all the little amenities we needed, but anything extra is available in the many shops and cafes right next door. Thanks Huan!

Wir haben in diesem AirBnB ein paar tolle Tage in Berlin verbracht. Die hübsche Wohnung ist super mit einem Lift erreichbar und entspricht den Angaben und Fotos. Sie ist perfekt gelegen: In nur wenigen Gehminuten liegen S-Bahn, U-Bahn und das Gesundbrunnen-Center. Andrea wurde beim persönlichen Check-In von einem Freund vertreten, war jedoch während den restlichen Tagen stets zeitnah erreichbar und hat proaktiv nachgefragt, ob es ein Anliegen gibt. Wir können diese Wohnung anderen Reisenden absolut empfehlen!

Martin’s apartment is excellent, and Martin and is a gracious and communicative host. The building itself is an old Soviet tower, and Martin’s apartment is on the top floor. The apartment faces south and has gorgeous views particularly at sunset. There is cool Soviet-era art in the lobby. Apartment looks exactly like the photos. Two great Italian restaurants are across the street, and you can walk to cafes, grocery store, etc. You’re also only a block from the subway or a quick Uber ride from just about anything in Berlin. I have stayed at over 100 airbnbs, and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I would live in Berlin and Martin’s place in a New York minute. Thanks, Martin!

Wir waren 1 Woche im wunderschönen Haus von Almut. Das Haus steht auf einer grünen Insel zwischen zwei Oderarmen inmitten von Streuobstwiesen. Eine Nachbarin konnte uns mit Eiern beliefern. Die Kinder haben sich über das Trampolin und ein Fußballtor gefreut. Da die Gegend insgesamt sehr dünn besiedelt ist haben wir 2 Kinderfahrräder mitgehabt und sind damit Teile des Oderradweges gefahren. Ich habe mir eins der angebotenen, sehr gut in Schuss gehaltenen Räder geliehen. Baden waren wir in der Oder oder in 1 km entfernten Altbleyen. Für das Einkaufen und für weitere Ausflüge (Seelow-Gedenkstätte, andere Badeseen usw.) ist ein Auto günstig. Besonders hat uns die private Atmosphäre des Hauses behagt. Bei vorhandenen Spielen und Büchern fühlten wir uns sofort angekommen. Die Rehe kamen bis an das Küchenfenster heran.

Wir haben zu viert in Ricos Unterkunft Workation gemacht und dafür war es super! Noch dazu hatten wir tolles Wetter und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Was wir vielleicht überlesen haben oder falsch gelesen, dass die Unterkunft zwar sehr nah am Wasser liegt, dass es aber kein richtigen Zugang gibt und die nächste Badestelle ein bisschen entfernt ist (etwa 3km). Ansonsten gibt es zwei kleine Stellen, wo man den See sehen kann (etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß) Aber sonst ist alles über Privatzugänge geregelt. Trotzdem war es richtig schön und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht! Auch eine schöne Terrasse zum Draußen essen, einen Garten mit Platz. Also wirklich toll!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Für Ruhesuchende ist das Oderbruch wirklich eine Reise wert. Das kleine Häuschen von Birgit bietet alles was es braucht und das optional angebotene Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit Haustürservice. Die Unterkunft ist nicht in Sichtweite zur Oder aber das ist gar nicht schlimm, denn in wenigen Schritten ist man auf dem Deich, wo man wunderbar spazieren gehen, aber auch baden kann. Eine Gaststätte, ein Café und sogar ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fußläufig im Ort vorhanden. Birgits Schäfchen waren leider ein wenig scheu aber dafür kam und die Katze täglich besuchen um sich Streicheleinheiten abzuholen. Alles in allem, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Birgit in Kienitz.

Die Wohnung von Robert hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und von dort aus ganz entspannt mit der S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten bietet die Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Das obere Stockwerk ist ziemlich flach. Danke Robert für die angenehme Begrüßung und die Möglichkeit, dass wir in deiner Wohnung in Berlin bleiben durften.

We stayed at Anya’s place for the second time and had a great time again. It’s a perfect getaway from the big city. The host and her family are very nice and responsive. Anya’s has done many improvements in her house since our last stay, we were nicely surprised by that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come again for sure!

We had a perfect stay in Sophie's appartement. Everything was perfect. Will come back again !

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir erhielten tolle Tipps und durften z.B. auch die Tischtennisplatte und den Wintergarten nutzen. Zudem ist die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet (Kaffeefilter, Öl, Gewürze etc. vorhanden).

Prima Unterkunft. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Schnelle und verlässliche Kommunikation. Wohnung hat alles was es braucht. Gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Der Aufenthalt war toll. Ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Schöne, großzügige Räume. Hervorragende Lage, zentral und auch gleich am See, mit guten Restaurants in Laufweite. Angela ist eine aufmerksame und sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Super schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit tollem Balkon! Die Buchung und Absprachen mit Alessandro waren schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!
