Casita has a small bedroom with a toilet and shower and a living room with a sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside, there is a private area with a barbecue and a swimming pool (shared). Finca Abacate is ideally situated in a rural location only a short walk from the towns beautiful beaches and local facilities. Positioned in the garden of Casa Abacate B&B the finca has 2 good sized bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 5 people, family bathroom and kitchen/lounge area complete with a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. On hot summer days enjoy relaxing on the patio area in the tranquil walled garden, take a cooling dip in the pool or create a feast in the bbq area.

Set on 3 acres in a quiet valley, the house has a basic and rustic feel. Nothing fancy or luxurious, a bit rough around the edges, and it tends to easily collect dust. Guests have their own private swimming pool (unheated and private). There's a small stream, sometimes dry, running along the edge of the property. By car, it is a 5-minute drive to a major grocery store and less than 15 minutes away from beaches. The path around the house in the photo is part of the property.
