A place to disconnect from the noise of the city, a very quiet and pleasant area, with water flowing constantly. Marina was always attentive to any situation that arose, offering local services in a friendly manner. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and the place always smells very good. Recommended to spend a few days, in a long stay if you do not depend much on the internet for work and you are not bothered by mosquitoes or repellents feel good for you, it is a good option, we understand these situations are common in the area but I consider it is good to mention it, just as it is better to bring food, however we are very grateful to Marina for everything, we hope to return! (As a last recommendation: if you visit Nancy & Alejandra's snack bar, be careful about your food. Every time we went, we felt bad about what we consumed. This is not related to Marina, but we wanted to share it :)

I loved his house, it feels very nice and the truth is that we did not take advantage of it because we did not read all his recommendations in the PDF. The cleanliness is good. Plenty of bathrooms, incredible fruit trees, the house is enriched with small details such as beautiful viewpoints. I wanted to play ping pong and basketball, but the truth is that if I had read the PDF I would have done more things. It's quite hot in Malinalco, when I arrive I miss some large fans on the ceiling inside and outside the terraces. I think that alone would make the stay completely pleasant. I also think that a pool would be enjoyed a lot, but I imagine that the water would make the cost of accommodation much more expensive and it is better to handle it separately with an extra cost. I really congratulate him for having such an incredible vision of his house, the way he distributed nature and recreation areas. Everything is very close to the house, 4 or 5 blocks from the zocalo and restaurants. :)

The house is very nice, with excellent finishes, very clean, and in a quiet area. It fulfills everything it offers, we felt right at home. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. TV, internet, hot water, two bathrooms. Electric stove. A charcoal and gas grill, everything excellent The cleanliness of the house was excellent. Alfredo is a great host and shared some of what he harvests, avocado and coffee. It's in a quiet area, the center of Malinalco is a few minutes away, in general it's highly recommended.
