Everything is in line with the expectations related to the reading of the presentation, 2 small weaknesses out of season with 4/1, no shops nearby so car necessary, and if everything is ok the room is very small(about 6 m²) and no bedside and no place to leave the suitcases. but the view is 5 stars! it is not a criticism but just an accuracy because I did not regret my stay. The garage is inaccessible for sedans that are too narrow with a concrete pillar that limits maneuvering.

We had a great time at Gary's and were warmly welcomed, with the smile and availability of our host. The house is a haven of peace and silence, because although on the waterfront, the property is in a private condominium. Access to the pontoons is private as well, so we could eat on the terrace by the sea, in peace. We were off-season, so not at all bothered by the Ile des Loisirs across the street. We will definitely come back to Gary's, because it's close to the beaches, but also to Carcassonne, Narbonne, and many other beautiful places.

Pleasant host during our short stay, clean house that offers plenty of products (rice, cocoa, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, dishwashing liquid….) very nice if you forgot to bring them from home I recommend it and would love to come back if the opportunity arises.

Aline is adorable, very welcoming and attentive. She was very available. The apartment is superb, spacious, very bright, well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. My kids loved the curtains that marked off the night space in the living room, it was cozy. Free parking space Carnon is peaceful, apartment overlooking the marina so directly on the boats. The walk is lovely. 10 min WALK from the center East of carnon with shops, restaurants, and 10 min from the beach. Great for young children, no need to take the car. Carnon is close to Montpellier, Sète, Palavas-les-Flots, Lattes... and the tram... Amenities nearby. We're already planning to go back!

We had a great time in this beautiful peaceful and bright place. All the amenities listed were present, we did not miss anything. The hot tub was working perfectly and we had a long time chatting there. The hostess was at the top of the spot and very honest, communication was fluid. I would recommend this place without a second thought and would not hesitate to go back

Very nice apartment, great location in the heart of Montpellier. Less than 10 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the Comédie. Comfortable apartment, very well decorated, tastefully. The terrace is nice. You feel good about this place very quickly. Great stay.

We were won over by Eva's home. Very cozy. Eva was very attentive, especially by leaving the lights on when we arrived because we arrived after sunset. The listing is located in a small alley, you can only drive through to load and unload. Otherwise it's flawless. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed the accommodation which is spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Quiet and not overlooked, it is conducive to relaxation and well-being, thanks to the hot tub and the pretty garden. It is very well located because far from noise disturbances but only 10 minutes by car from the beach and all amenities. Communication with Dany and Didier was fluid and perfect and we thank them again for their kind attention and flexibility. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

We had a great time in little Paloma. Chantal is a welcoming and attentive host. Very responsive, she responds quickly. The apartment is as described. Well equipped, tastefully decorated, close to the beach and shops. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The SPA is nice, especially at the beginning of the season! We were able to enjoy. Not overlooked. It's really a little piece of heaven ☺️ We highly recommend and thank Chantal again for hosting us.

We confirm that Cédrine's apartment is a nice nest, very well decorated, functional, impeccably clean, ideal location to discover the city on foot and by public transport. Great 3 day weekend at Fred & Josy's. Accommodation matches the photos: clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped. I was not able to take advantage of the terrace, but in summer it must be great! Fred and Josy are welcoming and available for any requests. The area is very quiet with access to the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes by car. Comfort: place to park in the property with a secure and automated gate. Recommended!

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! A big thank you to Benoît and his beautiful family (not to mention his beautiful dog who made us fall in love) for this beautiful week. I would highly recommend it!

The appartement was everything that we wished for. Jane and Stephen were very gracious hosts and there were plenty of hiking opportunities in the area.

A narrow pathway bordered by tall greenery leads to the residences. The white wooden fence on either side provides privacy, while the bright sunlight illuminates the surroundings. The path is unpaved and surrounded by well-maintained shrubs, contributing to a serene atmosphere.
