I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!

Typical Italian house, modern and stylishly decorated, every detail has been thought of with the comfort of the guest in mind.. Picturesque location and good base to discover the beautiful places of Umbria. But very special was how warmly and sincerely hospitable our host Luca took care of us throughout the stay. Homemade cake (thanks to mother-in-law) and delicious wine at the reception was an illustration of this. Good tips about the region and restaurants. In short, this cottage is highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable. Had screens on windows. Ivana was a wonderful host and was readily available. Felt like an Italian home, not a generic rental unit.

So many great things – the location is fantastic. It’s inside the city walls and only two short blocks from the city center, cathedral, and tons of shops. It felt very safe walking around. Decorations inside the apartment are fun and thoughtful. Everything was clean and as described. Benedetta Was super responsive, giving us help finding a place to park, sending a video with clear instructions on how to get to the place, and a long list of restaurant recommendations. The town of Norcia is trying hard to make a comeback from the earthquake of 2016. Many of the key historical sites are closed and under renovation. Lots of construction going on throughout the city. It’s still definitely worth a visit, and I would highly recommend staying here if you do!
