Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

Jill's place provided for an ideal location for my son and I to stay for a few days for our day trip to the Masters golf tournament. This was a great location in downtown Athens. Walkable to various bars, breweries and restaurants and even a Target. There was some street noise in the evenings but it wasn't a really big deal. Jill provided noise machines and ear plugs for each bedroom but we didn't even need to use them. The loft was furnished very well with amenities most of which we really didn't even take advantage of. The loft was very clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area to relax and watch TV. If I come back to the Masters tournament, Jill's place will be the first one I look at to stay in.

The Hideout is so, so cute! Everything is brand new and modern, and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything! We were busy the whole time we were in town, so we didn’t have as much time to stay at the house as we would’ve liked, but it was wonderful to have this spot as our “home base” while we were in Athens. Very friendly and helpful hosts! We ended up needing to add a day on to the beginning of our stay, and Crockett was able to accommodate the request, connecting with me in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend!

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

Location was awesome!! Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Easy access to campus.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Everything was great about the place. We were a little surprised that you cannot get in through the back, but we quickly a customer ourselves to parking out front and walking up to the front door.

Perfect for a weekend stay and walking distance to the stadium. Will was great and super responsive- the space was warm on arrival and within 30 minutes Will had an additional air unit up and going! Thanks for a great stay and top on our list for game day needs!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cute. You can tell it is well taken care of. Margaret was quick to respond to my messages and they even had restaurant suggestions hanging on the fridge which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It is so interesting and cool. The hostel has a musician area, gym area, and a nice big kitchen. Everyone was really friendly and cool to get to know. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. It’s a gorgeous basement pool house with outdoor table and chairs; and of course a lovely pool! Easy to find, private entrance with beautiful and high end appliances, furniture and lighting! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a full meal for 6! It’s complete with 2 kinds of ice in the freezer, Keurig, champagne/wine/martini glasses. Each bedroom has enormous walk in closets, comfortable beds and overhead fans. The bathroom has gorgeous tiling and great lighting. In the living room there is electric reclining couches, huge tv and beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed every minute here and will be coming back!

I absolutely adored my stay! Not only were they very responsive but the house was so beautiful and the jacuzzi was amazing! I cannot wait to return, thank you so much!

my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

This place was an absolute gym and near the campus, which worked right in my favor. Shirley was gracious enough to give exact instructions on the check-in and check-out process.
