This is what holiday dreams under thatched roofs look like: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter plot with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Centrally located on the Island, this spacious home is perfect for two families, featuring two kitchens, two bathrooms, and two washing machines. Enjoy privacy or togetherness with a door that divides the living spaces. Close to the Frisian Museum, Grethjens Gasthof, bakery, agriculture market, and playground, with Nieblum Strand just a 14-minute bike ride away. The large front garden is perfect for outdoor fun, with a badminton net and Kubb game available. Bed linens and towels are included.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious and charming backyard, as well as a cosy inner courtyard for your enjoyment.

You will be staying in the middle of the beautiful island of Föhr in the village of Midlum. The loft-like guest area upstairs in my dreamlike thatched roof house welcomes you. You have your own kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. You will sleep in a 140 x 200 bed. A kitchen sofa as a bed (80 x 200 m) for a 3rd guest is available. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the TV. Tourist tax is payable on site with me in cash separately.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

Our vacation home No.2 in Friedrichstadt offers everything you want for a relaxing time on North Frisia's west coast. On cool days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the sauna. The underfloor heating creates a pleasant holiday climate. Bikes and everything you need are safely accommodated in the Swedish cottage. The terrace and the garden with a barbecue fireplace invites you to sit outside on warm summer evenings.

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Old apple trees surround the ecologically built house on the 1000sqm property and invite you to relax. From the back terrace you can enjoy the wide view of a pasture with horses or sheep. Swimming facilities and mudflat walks are within easy reach, as are the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

Hello! We offer our cozy half of a thatched house. The cottage has 37 sqm downstairs, 28 sqm upstairs, a total of about 65 sqm. Upstairs, of course, is slanted. It is located in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a district of Wyk. Since it is still privately used by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a vacation home. Where the wild roses grow, that's where we live.
