Family-friendly vacation rentals in Öckerö

Fredrik’s home was very comfortable for our family. He was very responsive to my questions.

Same like previous stay in Alexander's house everything was perfect and I am really glad I have found his offer.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the house of ingela. The pictures on the website matches. The beds are nice and the kitchen is fully furnished (plenty of pans, glasses, etc.). The pool is wonderful, there are games…Excellent hostess. The area is really beautiful, so much to see and do.

we have enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub and sauna very much. Bed sheets and towels are included. Joan is a super sweet and friendly hostess, we felt completely at home !

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We certainly recommend this house. We felt at home and there is lot’s to see and do in the neighbourhood. The private island and he’s amazing sunsets is an amazing place to be. Gothenburg is an amazing, lovely and vibrant city and of course Liseberg parc is a must do. The beautiful islands that you can easily visit, different beaches to go in the neighbourhood… so much to do …. Just magnificent and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely week at the Gothia cup! We were a party of seven people and got good space in the house, grilled on the terrace and bathed in the hot tub. The weather was not so inviting for sea bathing but walking distance to the beach. Easy to get to games by car and good bus connections to Liseberg and the city center. Recommended!

The house was the perfect spot to enjoy a few Swedish summer coast days - nice sandy beach in 10 min. walking distance, activities and shopping opportunities only a short car ride away. Emma and family have created a really comfortable place to relax and especially enjoy the ocean view, no matter which weather. Similar to previous visitors, also our kids especially liked the jacuzzi and the sound system. Communication was great, we would definitely come back.

Hanna and Kalle were really friendly , good to communicate with. The apartment was nice and cosy. The kitchen and bathroom are quite new, pretty and funktional. The big bed was comfy. Public transport is close (ca. 20 minutes to old town)by and the Park as well. Fully recommended

We had a really nice staycation at Sara's cozy cottage. We were welcomed and felt right at home. The place was warm and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet neighborhood, well equipped and had all essentials needed for the trip. Sara was an amazing host; she was very friendly, helpful, prompt in replying as well as in any assistance we needed throughout our stay. We definitely would love to be back next time!

Wonderful place and especially nice host. Kids and adults had a wonderful time. Cozy living room, good heating. Steep stairs to the loft and narrow access to the bunk bed in the bedroom, but it appears clearly from the pictures and went just fine for us.

Great place with a great host. If you like small cosy cabins, nice view, silence, almost private beach, a little bit back to basic, paradise, outside shower (great!), nature, birds, great garden, and excellent hospitality you have to go here. Even with bad weather it was still nice to sit inside or on the terrace.

The house is perfectly located for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are relatively close to the house. Staffan‘s house itself is super cozy, very well fitted, we did not miss anything but felt home from the first moment! Staffan also gave many tips on things to do in Tjörn. We simply loved our stay! Thank you, we‘ll definitely will be back!

Good secluded and quite place in the hills near the Kungsten tram station. Niklas was very friendly and communicative. The place has all you need for the weekend or a week stay. The toilet is little bit funny and reminds me of the toilet on the boat but you get used it quickly :)

It was a wonderful stay in striking nature at the gates of Gothenburg with very nice, friendly hosts.

Lotti was a super good host, who made sure we had the best possible time. We stayed here in September and had access to the pool and jacuzzi which were both heated and good. The house was perfectly located in the location close to grocery store, the waterfront, Gothenburg only a short drive. The house itself was really nice and clean and well planned with everything you could imagine. Recommend this home without hesitation

Lovely stay in a charming house.

Lovely and spacious / generous house with magnificent views over the ocean in a stunning setting with great terrace / deck and pool. We had a fantastic stay! However, the house was advertised as having 8 beds but there were actually only 7 beds and the exterior garbage bins were almost full on our arrival and were not emptied during the 10 days we stayed there which presented a bit of a challenge being two families / 8 people staying.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely house. We especially enjoyed the pool and garden. The pool is excellent – our kids loved swimming in it even before breakfast. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making cooking a breeze. The surrounding area is also beautiful and peaceful, especially the small island with its swimming spots. Mikael always answered questions very quickly and was very helpful. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

A fantastic accommodation for a cozy stay on Vrångö. Peaceful, plenty of space and well placed without transparency. Highly recommended.

Birgitta and Ingemar are incredibly nice hosts and always available. The location is really special and uniquely great. Below the house of the two in the middle of the rock. You look out over the fjord like on a throne. Ministrand for swimming is 200 m away, large very nice swimming area about 1 km in Nösund. The house is situated individually, so not in the village, therefore overall very nice and quiet. There is a road nearby that you can see a bit, but when I was there in September, there was hardly any traffic. For excursions of all kinds, to the nearest fishing villages and great swimming spots, it is superbly located. A great 9 km hike with a crazy view over the archipelago starts from the house. It's only about 30 minutes to the mountain for the view. The house offers all amenities and is superbly equipped. Very clean, new, cozy! The conservatory was perfect for my time in September, as I could even sit outside in the evening. Private parking near the house.
