Vintage Riverside Cottage w/ King Bed

Welcome to our 1901 "doll house" with timeless charm and contemporary upgrades. From the original cast iron tub that we refinished ourselves, to the brand new butcher block kitchen. You'll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily's Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

The back yard is private with a beautiful pool (that is not heated) and cabana. Huge backyard with deck and table and chairs. If the fruit on the trees is ripe please feel to eat it. The kitchen and one bathroom were fully renovated in 2022. Each bedroom has a king size bed and tv.
