Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

We so liked this rental that I wished we had more time to enjoy it and use some of the accommodations it came with. The decorations and furnishings make you feel like you’re at home. They also were quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. This place was exactly what we needed for some relaxation after my son just come home from a deployment. What a way for us to spend Father’s Day weekend together. He got to enjoy himself with family and relax. We fished right from the dock. There is a Sam’s club and Publix just a few miles from what seems like you would be several miles from anything. The house was clean and inviting. The property is so clean and open. The pool was refreshing. We will definitely be back in the near future. There’s room to tie up a boat to the dock. I’ll definitely be taking a boat with me on my next adventure. Thank you so much.

First off, I want to say Marcia’s home was just like the photos, beautiful and clean. My kids and I loved her home so much, my kids wanted to stay longer and move to Florida. Marcia was a very great host, responds quickly, and understanding. The neighborhood was peaceful, we look forward to staying in your home again Marcia. Thank you again for everything.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! We loved just the peace and quiet. We had a great time not only when we were out but just relaxing at the house. We were just so in love with everything. The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
