Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Oceania

Wow what an awesome beach house. Was perfect for our little family - so close to the OG shops and beach! And plenty of spaces in the house to fully relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend, we hope to be back!

We wanted a peaceful and spacious place to celebrate a milestone with the family. Mia’s home did not disappoint! We were able to feel off the grid and enjoy being in the moment with nature. The beds were super comfy and the fireplace inside made for a really wholesome night when it got too cold. The upstairs room was spectacular. My partner and I loved being able to look at the stars at night and enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Thank you so much for having us x

You have such a beautiful home! My family and I had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. We've been road-tripping this Easter week from Melbourne to Sydney and back, stopping in small towns along the way to explore — and your place has been the absolute standout among all the accommodations we've stayed in. It's our final stop before heading home, and it honestly felt like a 5-star hotel — or even better! I absolutely loved the style, the furniture, and every little detail. Had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves. A lovely home, that we were able to settle into from the moment we walked through the door. Easy to walk to local shops and restaurants, yet set back from the main road, so was quiet and peaceful. Would gladly come back again in the future

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Melanie was an amazing host! She provided very clear instructions upon check in and provided great recommendations. The house is absolutely cozy with a stunning view of queenstown and the lake. Neighborhood is very peaceful yet very accessible to get to places, especially heart of Queenstown and Glenorchy. A book with information on how to use the amenities such as sauna, hot tub, fireplace etc was very helpful. Melanie was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. Super value for price, it felt like a chalet that you would have pay for 1000 euros a night. Highly highly recommend!!

I think this is the best airbnb unit within Bamboo Bay. I’ve booked two units still in Bamboo bay before this and chose to move because of some issues. This unit is spotless clean—the sheets, furniture, kitchen ware, and appliances. The washing machine is new, the AC as well. The washroom was perfectly clean. Water pressure is also good, it includes a heater. I would highly recommend this unit if you want to stay in Bamboo bay. I think the location is also centrally located within malls and good restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at the Canyons Retreat: Denise gave us a great welcome and excellent local recommendations. The accommodation was exactly as described, not overly luxurious, it offered great comfort and charm, a retreat in the mountain. Outstanding lounge room, perfect for relaxing on rainy days and plenty of space. The kitchen was enough to cook a nice breakfast with a single burner, maybe not enough to cook a bigger meal. I would recommend this place for couples seeking privacy and connection to the bush. Thanks for having us!

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! Such a beautiful, spacious well appointed cabin. Everything was just right and the outlook to the garden and local forest was stunning.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mannaburne Cabin. Little hard to get to at first and the last bit of road is certainly a bit of a challenge but once we got there we were thrilled with it. Beautiful tranquil setting and the cabin itself is stunning the way it is set up. Very tastefully decorated and everything provided that you need for a comfartable stay. Fully functinable kitchen and comfy bed. Massive shower and good water pressure. The only thing for us that let it down a bit was the garden around it that doesn't seem to get looked after any more and the fact that the outside couch (which would he really lovely to lay on and relax) doesn't get covered and obviously little and large animals go and use it as their toilet......hence quite smelly and not that pleasant. Also found the windows and doors quite dirty. Anyway.....all in all had a wonderful stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely beautiful and one of our most relaxing stays. Waking up to kangaroos and birds was magic. The Aframe is the cutest most perfectly functional escape for two. The bath is so peaceful and relaxing you won't want to leave it!! Was the perfect place to get away and unwind, left feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! Beautiful chic interiors in a lush green setting, it was serene, peaceful and beautiful. The hosts were also wonderful, kind and responsive. This is a really great way to experience the natural tropical beauty of Burleigh which I didn’t know existed until my stay!

From the moment we walked up to the house we were drawn to the river front, absolutely stunning. The sound of silence! Wild life everywhere. We made use of the kayaks (new hobby incoming). This place is worth every scent from the quirky/eclectic decor to the hot tub and deck on the river. We will definitely be back! If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 100 👌

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.
