Hidden gem of Ulu. Loved all

Our contact Maricar was great. We arrived a tad early and it was almost like they were waiting for us. The location is very private, sitting on the top of a fairly big hill. It's a long driveway getting there but once you pass through the huge solid wood gate, you really feel secure and safe. The grounds are exceptional with beautiful paths to the apartment surrounded by nothing but greenery. This isn't you're typical apartment but looks like a huge mansion. Once inside, you are welcomed to a spacious place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view from the balcony or to have a place that feels like home after a day exploring. The charm and character of this residence was an absolute amazing experience for my wife and I. It definitely gives off a Spanish hacienda vibe with old world feel and decor, yet well maintained. This would be a nice place for any couple to call home while visiting Boracay. So much better than a hotel stay and it was comparable in price. Salamat po!

The accommodation is in a central location for Boracay. You can reach everything by foot and yet the accommodation is very quit.

I had great stay at home . Really private , quiet and beautiful location . CBD with its world famous attractions like Harbour bridge , Opera House . Blue point reserve are all very close by. Will recommend the place .

We absolutely loved our stay at Joanna’s on Gili T. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the street below while enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean. The bed was also super comfy and the aircon was amazing after a hot day out. The staff were always so kind and helpful and someone was always nearby if we needed anything. We’re sad to leave our little piece of heaven but we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay. A week wasn’t long enough. Great location and facilities. Had one minor issue after checking in and had an immediate response and the issue was fixed as quick as possible. Would love to return in the future.

The apartment we stayed in was excellent with all the equipment required. Such a shame we didn’t really get to enjoy it due to it being a short stopover from a late flight the previous day. As we were meeting our niece the following day for lunch, the host kindly allowed us to use the car park for an extended period which was much appreciated. Great 24 hour coffee shop/restaurant also available with huge menu choice and is great quality. Would definitely choose to stay again if we are in the area in the future. Thank you

Beautifully appointed spacious and spotlessly clean, excellent beds, good linen and all the kitchen items required. We had only one night but will be back to stay again for sure.

Amazing place, would come again

This was easily one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb. The hosts are very responsive and it’s clear they put a lot of care and effort into making the stay as nice and comfortable as possible. They are all very friendly and responsive, going above and beyond. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was great. Fully stocked with necessities and amenities, the water filtration system is a huge plus as well. Initially the main reason we chose this place was how close it is to the us embassy, but due to everything mentioned above, whenever we come back to Manila I plan to stay with pasi 😁👍🏼

We had a wonderful stay here. Angel, Mary’s sister, was very hospitable and she always checks in if we needed something else. She gives privacy to her guests as well. She’s a very nice person with a very trustworthy vibe. The place exactly looked like what is was in the photos. It was very clean when we arrived. It was very peaceful. Overall, our stay here was worth the money that we paid for. Thank you very much to Mary & Angel for making sure that we’d never feel that we are away from home.

Definitely a 10/10. Everything was clean and utilities were complete. We felt completely at home. Thanks to cham for seeing to it that ultilies needed are available. Our pets were comfortable too, thank you that we were able to enjoy the weekend with them too. The place was very peaceful, and utterly beautiful. Thanks again.

Staying here is actually peaceful. When we first step into the room, we've noticed it's good smell. The room is very tidy and the ambiance is good. Everything is actually the same thing as the picture posted here. But, what we don't kinda like is the television remote as it is so hard to use even though we're pressing too hard on its button. Overall, we had so much great time in here. Looking to book again!

It is close to the airport, railway station and bus station. It is far away from the hustle and bustle, but it is very convenient to reach various scenic spots. The nearby local food is within walking distance. The only drawback is that the air conditioning equipment is a little noisy. You can only fall asleep quietly after setting auto turning off the power at night.

Amazing place! Quiet, close to nature and to 2 yoga studios: Pyramids of Chi and Unified Healing. When I say “close” I mean really close: 7-10 min walk. There’s a famous cafe Cocoku nearby. Wayan and his helpers were super nice to me. The flat is quite spacious. Cleaning, water, gas and toilet paper were included in the price! I didn’t expect that considering the price is quite affordable, tbh. There’s another studio upstairs so it’s not completely private. Locals sometimes come down for coconuts and flowers 🥰The waterfall cushions all the noises, though. One neighbour plays drums loudly ~twice a week in the evenings. That could be tad disturbing if you’re sound sensitive yet bearable. I’d pay extra for the washing machine in the suit! Delivery is not easy to the point and so is the bike ride for an inexperienced driver like me. I left mine at Tabeng Villa and then walked, the walk was peaceful anyway. Taxi is served at once from Tabeng Villa if you don’t plan to rent a bike.

Very friendly and helpful staff all around, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

we Had a Great stay the staff were very friendly and helpful, any time we needed something they were quick to respond, we had a few pieces of luggage and we're met at a nearby Hotel and had it transported by a three Wheeled push cart to our location by one of the staff who was very helpful during our entire stay. would definitely stay her again.
