i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

We had a great time at Paul’s! It was everything we could have hoped for. The location was ideal for us. We were right across the street from a less busy beach so we could walk over the house is located in the middle of town and south Kona so we felt close to everything. The house was clean and exactly as described. Paul even allowed us a late check out so that we didn’t have to spend the day sitting at the airport to return home. Would 10/10 recommended!

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Fantastic stay! I love this location and having a kitchen with coffee maker and laundry saves me a ton of time and money when I visit Kona. Half the resort is currently under construction which made the afternoons loud sometimes but that was minor. The Wyndham staff were dismissive when I told them I booked with Airbnb and then I felt somewhat held hostage trying to check in as they high pressure tried to sell me to buy a timeshare or sit in on an 'informational session'. I guess that's the sales strategyt they must take? That said, the location and value can't be beat.

I stayed here with my family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. High end appliances, spacious master bath, dual patios, and plenty of natural light. We ran into one issue early on, and Micah quickly addressed our concerns and remedied the situation. Walking distance to the beach and Waikoloa Village turtle lagoon. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would certainly stay again. Thank you, Micah!

My wife and I had a great stay at Jerry's place! The flat was super clean, just like the pictures, and the building has 24/7 security. Highly recommend!

Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. Had an amazing vacation to Maui. Dee Dee made everything easy right from the start to the end. We even rented her own vehicle and she was so great to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. I highly recommend Dee Dee’s accommodations. Amazing host, responded so quickly to anything we needed, super friendly, always a cheerful hello and chat when she would see us at the pool or near by. I cannot wait to come back to Maui and will definitely book with Dee Dee again. Don’t question it, just book it!!!

The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

If you are looking for somewhere where you can enjoy beautiful peaceful, sunrises, and get to see turtles right off your front porch, this is it! The condo is not fancy but has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The best part is the private patio looking directly onto the water with access to a small area of beach that turtles love to visit. Added bonus was access to the pool and hot tub and grill right there outside your door. The area itself felt very safe. While not walkable easily to dining it it is a very short drive to many good restaurants, beaches, and activities.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Iloilo City, with excellent accommodations, inside and outside their place, Denloyd’s provided services exceeding expectations. He responded to my inquiry very promptly, and was able to accommodate my brother’s family after the initial and fully paid accommodations at another website failed to let them check in.
