Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

***Excellent place*** my wife, two teenage daughters and I stayed here five nights while visiting family on the big island. Probably in my top five Airbnb‘s ever. Extremely comfortable beds, cold AC, perfect location, the lanai is amazing. Kitchen has everything you would need. Yes there is noise being on a busy street, which I was concerned about, being a light sleeper. But between a white noise maker app and earplugs, I slept amazingly well. We will be back!!🤙🏼

Joshua had thought of everything. The welcome gifts and fruit were a lovely touch. The flashlights and binoculars made our night walk to see the lava glow. Rain shower was a new experience. The extra food in the cupboard meant we didn't have to go back out for supplies when we forgot on the way in, thank you! Mosquito punks and bug spray...everything we needed was there. My wife was hopeful for a hair drier and maybe a camp toaster would be good for the gas stove--I only mention these because this host I bet is the kind who would want to continuously improve. It's a little out of the way but a great experience and much easier to get up to the park than from Hilo. Aloha from the Chapmans. What a brilliant, beautiful spot, you've obviously taken great care, and it shows. Ngā mihi. Ka pai!!

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for my family of four. The AC was a huge plus. And the nature sounds were unbeatable! We walked to downtown Hilo lots and had good food nearby. Would definitely come back on our next stay in Hilo! Loved the local feel of this side of the island.

This place is perfect for 2 people! It is a drive from kona and many activities around but the drive is so scenic you hardly mind. The place was exactly like the photos, a great kitchen and bbq we were able to use and overall, all amenities described were perfect. Lovely decking to sit out on in the evenings! Overall this airbnb was great for the price and I would highly recommend.

Definitely one of the better AirBNB's we've stayed at. Location was in a quiet area only about 12 minutes to downtown Hilo. There were lots of little extras that made our stay stand out including the Japanese toilet, good quality towels, and the loofahs provided. Things were well labeled in the apartment and it was very nice to have access to laundry. Apartment was very clean too.

Absolutely stunning home…great location and furnished with pretty much anything you could ever need. Between the hammock, ping pong table, tree house, and beach toys, it’s hard to imagine that any place could possibly be more kid-friendly. Hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again, and highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay for our first time on big island. Keoni’s place was awesome. Updated everything,Tons of space, ac was great. Nice outdoor spaces for morning and evening. Also close 5-10 drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to best beaches on island. And honestly Spencer beach park was our favorite. 20 minutes, soft sand, small waves, tons of shade. Would stay at Keoni’s place again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for a great stay Keoni.
