Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. On-site heated pool for your use. Paddle board/kayak ramp located on property along with several char-grills overlooking the bay. Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Perfect family/couple get away. First floor apartment with a futon couch. Mostly everything is brand new. Clean and adorable unit. Pool and outside shower for after the beach. Funtown beach badges. Bikes on the property to use. All new appliances. New memory foam mattress and pillows. New carpet. Queen size bed. 3 blocks from beach. The open bay is right across the street with a beautiful breakfast place overlooking it. Pool and deck is great for summer days. It's a 1 bed 1 futon.

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
