Vacation rentals with a patio in Occidental Mindoro

The place was great! We had so much fun as the beach was amazing with lots of colorful fishes, crabs and starfish. Ate Precy and all the Kuya's are very hospitable, so kind and helpful. There was little to no signal in the island and no other other usual entertainment but the sea compensates what's lacking. They also set up a nice bonfire for us plus help us grill our barbecue. True customer service! The accomodation needs a little maintenance, esp the toilet. Hard to flush at times and some of the rooms has no aircon, but Ate Precy let us know ahead of time, so we manage. Overall, the place is a dream!! :)

We had earlier booked a different place to spend the weekend in, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to find another place. We were very lucky to find Richard's place--it suited our requirements (big place to accommodate our extended family; kitchen to cook in; pool for the kids; separate accommodations per family) and we were able to enjoy our weekend celebrating our mom's 75th birthday.

A special thank you to Ronnie, the caretaker—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our family had a great time! The beach is awesome! not a lot of pics in the listing but we loved it! Pristine and clear water! we saw lot of fishes even just few steps away from the shore. Magic and his family are great hosts. They are super responsive, friendly and helpful as well as Kuya Edison. we felt welcomed during our stay. We really loved the place! it is well decorated and well maintained. Hotel quality bed, cold aircon, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the pool too! if it's not NYE, we'll definitely extend our stay.. Looking forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place!

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

Such a great place to relax. It feels home away from home. Would highly recommend this place if your looking for somewhere peaceful. Nida the caretaker is a good as well, easy to talk to and very welcoming.

Paradores is a great place to stay. It is a peaceful place and our dogs also enjoy the stay, walking and runnning around the area. Everything is good except that on the time we were there it is low tide so the beach is not good for swimming. It seems the beach is high tide around noon. We were able to go to the board walk and watch sunset. Also good for sunrise if you wake up and walk early.
