The accommodation is fantastic. The location and quality of accommodation offered certainly enhanced our holiday. As you can see from the photos, there are many steps up to the accommodation but it's well worth the climb for the views alone. I would certainly recommend this house.

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved the privacy and tranquility of the place. Unfortunately, we couldn’t swim at the beach, but we hope the trash on the shore will be addressed soon. Keep up the great work!

We came here for an overnight stay with a few friends and the place was just what we needed. Amazing view, 5 min walk from a very quiet beach, enough space in the house for you not to feel cramped if you needed some alone time. 20 min from the port and from Sabang. Ren was also there during the day to assist us if we needed which was so delightful ! Thank you very much for this wonderful stay !! ❤️

They staff was amazing, from helping with ideas for activities to arranging rides. I happily paid extra for help with the cooking. The cook cooked very tasty local dishes which I loved by my noticeable weight gain😅. Money well spent. If you have a chance I would suggest that you do the same. You won't regret it I promise. Overall a great time and a very restful getaway that I will gladly do again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Such a lovely house, so relaxing and comfortable to stay, peaceful surroundings... We brought with us our 4 dogs and they could roam around freely and safe. The caretakers Kuya Ompong and Ate Jocelyn are so helpful and attentive to our needs. Clean rooms and pool...

The General’s Villa is a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place, perfect for a family getaway. All the amenities and equipment were available and in great condition. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and really appreciated the host’s flexibility in extending the pool hours for us. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a big plus. The villa is easy to find and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Jaric and Grace were super cool. House was clean, quiet and spacious. 5min tricycle ride from white beach. Anything we needed like water or towels , Grace responded very quickly. Would definitely comeback. Thank you for hospitality.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. We had an incredible stay at Lilo’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and private. Lilo's and their cartakers Ate Susan and Ate Jacquline was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batangas!

The place exceeded much of our expectation! Truly a great place to bond and relax with family and friends. Actually, I recommended it to my friends as soon as I stepped inside the premises. They even had welcome drinks and Ate Venus is very professional. As to Sir Charlie, he is very responsive and we can feel the warmth of his gesture eventhough I haven’t seen him in person. He knows what hospitality is and he definitely knows how to run his business. To add, his professionalism is commendable. We will go back soon!!!

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

The place is beautiful. So many ig-worthy spots. The place is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. They would also give you some fun facts about the area. The staff also assisted us whenever we needed something. The owner was very friendly and generous to our requests. We definitely got more than what we paid for. Definitely recommended!!! ❤️

I can’t say more than it’s simply amazing. The air was fresh, the staff were friendly and hospitable, and the location was peaceful yet not too far from necessities — that being said I would not recommend this if you are traveling with seniors, or just plain lazy. The place requires a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest tuktuk/tricycle pick up/drop off point and a few sets of stairs to reach the house itself. We didn’t mind, though! And also Kuya Marino was a huge help with our luggage when checking in and out. The house is indeed surrounded by jungle so come prepared with bug repellent. We had mosquitoes and bees sharing the space with us while there! Lastly, if you do not like walking a long way to get your meals, prepare to spend at least ₱500-1200 per person at the restaurants nearby. Otherwise, buy groceries and utilize the kitchen which by the way was splendid. It had everything we need to prepare simple meals. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here. We will be back!

The place is a nice spot for a quick getaway. It’s simple and perfect for those who enjoy the laid-back island life. There’s no mobile data signal in the area, but there’s a Pisonet available if you need internet access. The place may not be too aesthetic, but it has everything you need. Utensils are already provided, so no worries even if you didn’t bring your own. The caretaker is friendly, and the neighborhood is very welcoming and always ready to assist. Overall, a peaceful and humble place to relax.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.
