We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. My family and I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. The place is very clean and beautiful and very private. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. There are a lot of kitchen utensils and appliances for use. This place is highly recommended.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

This was our first time using Airbnb as a family, and we’re really glad we chose this host. The house is surprisingly spacious for a typical beach property. What we loved most was being surrounded by lush green fields, having a stunning ocean view—especially at sunset—and still being close enough to the beach. While the sand near the property isn’t pure white, during high tide you can easily walk to nearby white sand spots with crystal-clear water. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with utensils, which was perfect for our needs. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen—it would make a big difference, especially for food-loving families like ours. Overall, a great stay!

The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

This deserves a solid 5 stars! From weeks before our arrival to our departure, the host was exceptionally communicative and always provided quick responses. During our stay, Marj, the caretaker, went above and beyond, giving us a comprehensive tour and ensuring we knew how to use all the amenities. The facilities were immaculately clean, and it was clear a lot of thought went into the layout. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the listing was precisely as described. While they do have strict rules, they are completely understandable, so just make sure to read them thoroughly before booking.

We found a resting place for a busy day from Pasig to Batangas. Together with my adult children and a Shih Tzu, we enjoyed our 24hour stay. Thank you so much TJMR particularly the Kuya who was very helpful to us during our stay!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

The place is great and lots of space for our group of 10. The caretakers did a great job in making us feel comfortable even when there was a power outage in the area. There are a lot of activities that we were able to do. A suggestion would be to partner with tricycle drivers to travel back and forth to White Beach since the place is far.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Great place for big groups. Everyone can sleep comfortably. Had all the amenities listed and more. Ms. Juliana was very considerate and accommodating. Ms. Susan and Ms. Jacqueline were also very helpful during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

We recently stayed at Home in Batangas at Pontofino Residences and had a pleasant experience overall. The place was clean and well-maintained, and it felt very homey. Drinking water was provided, which we appreciated. There were just a few minor things the showerhead was positioned quite high, which made it a bit uncomfortable for someone of my height. Also, the carpet rug looked a bit worn out, and the dish soap was nearly empty. Toiletries weren’t provided, so make sure to bring your own. That said, I would definitely stay here again. It was a much better experience compared to the other residence where my two brothers stayed. Great value for the comfort and cleanliness!

Christianne's and Susan (caretaker) are both SUPER HOST! If you are looking for a peaceful place and very private in Batangas/South, this is the PLACE. Great for family and friends space with an amazing view of the Batangas/Balayan Bay and overlooking the mountain range of Mindoro/Puerto Galera. Suggestion though, before you come, pass by the Mabini public market for some food shopping (meat/veg/seafood) if you are planning for big meals, if not, there's a grocery store close by and some Talipapa (small meat/seafood shops) along the way. Do i come back? 100% SURE!!!! Enjoy your stay!

The house was very clean and the host extremely forthcoming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside, and it's not an issue with the house itself, are the dogs barking outside. But would recommend.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. We will definitely going back! I am giving this place a 10stars! 🫶🫶🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can't say enough nice things - huge house overlooking the ocean with an on site caretaker who helped us as needed. Who would want to stay at a dive resort when you can have an entire house with two levels of views, kitchen and AC! Will visit again!

Our stay was just perfect! We loved the house so much and the privacy. The house is beautifully made and was so peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer but we needed to go back home because the kids had school the next day. Silvana was very easy to talk to and accommodating. Their housekeeper, Ms Mathie was very helpful as well. We will definitely book with Silvana again. We’re already planning the dates ☺️
