I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

We had a great 2 day stay at Soe’s place. Our favorite was the magnificent view of the ocean right ~ the living room and the dining area has an open area/ view deck. Just need to be careful if you have toddler like me, but we managed it :) The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are flexible when it comes to check out time if they don’t have next day booking they will allow you to stay while waiting for you boat to arrive. This is a great plus for us since not all host are generous to let you stay a little longer. We will surely come back. Thank you :)

We went to Lemery without expectations, but upon arriving at Joyce’s place it is like going back to time...to year 1870’s in particular. Her place kept the authenticity of the time. It is well-kept and charming. The town also had surprises which was great because my family really had a wonderful time.

Amazing customer service at Sunset!!

We had an amazing time with our family of 28 at this Airbnb! The comfortable stay in the 10 rooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. The owner's responsiveness and clear communication made everything smooth. The place was clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive to our needs. The kids had a blast at the pool all day long. Enjoyed karaoke all night! Highly recommended the catering service they offer with lots of options to choose from. We had the boodle fight for dinner, food was affordable, plenty and delicious. They even arranged a tasty, worry free lunch for us during our trip to the floating cottage complete with utensils, plates, drinks etc. Speaking of which, the floating cottage experience just minutes away was fantastic! We explored Star Fish Island, enjoyed snorkeling, went on a banana boat ride, and relaxed on the little Boracay white sand beach with crystal-clear water. Highly recommended Jeff’s and Axel’s Lodging House for a memorable family getaway!

A great location near SM Batangas, offering convenience and accessibility. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. If you’re looking for an alternative to hotels like Pontefino, this is a good choice.

Absolutely amazing venue. Stunning location and views to die for. The photo’s don’t do justice to the space, really is fabulous and felt very secure. Loads thoughtful extras, kitchen well equipped and everything is cleaned daily. Rod’s a gold mine of knowledge and can arrange anything you need from bikes to porters to mountain walks or just ambling around the huge grounds. Definitely will be back to enjoy space and warm hospitality of Necerita and Rod, thanks both.

Our stay at the resort was amazing! The location was okay and the beach is a 10 to 15 min. walk away. Pool in the water needs cleaning or replacing. AC is a bit old and needs maintenance but the host planned to change it. Ate Mia was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a perfect retreat for relaxation for families. Highly recommend!

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. We rented the entire place and it was absolutely lovely. Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely beach front view. The kids loved the pool. Caretakers were very helpful and kind 😊 Highly recommend booking this place 😊

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The villa is amazing, the pictures online do not do the view justice, it is breath taking. Gay Lyn and her team treat you like you are at hotel, they can cook for you, order out for you, clean, schedule massages…the list goes on. This not a normal AirBnB, it is more like a full service resort. We will be back very soon!

Enjoyed our stay even after the typhoon, the place was relaxing and a perfect getaway to relieve some stress

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time at this staycation spot! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it felt like a real escape without having to travel far. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The cabin was cozy and had most of the things we needed. We mostly appreciate the caretaker and owner personally visiting us from time to time to ask us if we needed anything. While everything in the place was already mentioned in the listing and comments (ex. mosquitos during night), we would’ve appreciated knowing that there was another cabin directly beside ours. For context, their pool was beside our dirty kitchen and side entrance. We honestly didn’t mind since there was a partition. Do consider, however, that the other cabin’s noise and chatter are very much audible in this cabin. This is beyond the owner’s control but just something to consider (quiet time was 10pm & our neighbor cabin’s guests were still laughing and chatting at 11pm.) Nonetheless, we still thank the owner and caretaker for being available and welcoming.

John Louie is very accommodating and responsive. Replies right away and gives exact directions. He’s very proactive too. The place is exactly as described. Same as the photos too. It is very spacious and clean. The pool is warm (summer time) nice to relax in. The weather is extemely hot when we arrived so it’s not best to swim around 10am-3pm. We just had lunch and played with board games that they provided. We also did karaoke. Suggestion to put sun shade at the pool area. They provided clean blankets. Complete kitchen appliances (ref, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pans, pots and bowls. They also have a griller. The pool lights and water falls are some of the features the children loved. The overall stay was excellent and we will definitely come back.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.
