Perfect place to visit 3 sisters springs and very easy communication with Don

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. Literally a perfect apartment in every sense. Great price, great views, great location, great condition of the apartment. For anyone traveling to Orlando going to the parks, golfing, or just vacation, this apartment could not be in a better location. There is TONS of stuff to do within walking distance and I think the most we spent on an Uber was $35 since everything is so close. You can see Universal lit up at night and you can catch the Disney fireworks from the MASSIVE balcony. It really did feel like a home away from home, and we felt very comfortable there after a long day relaxing on the porch. As for Toby and the property manager Liz, they were extremely accommodating with our early check in plus very responsive and friendly. I was almost hesitant to write this review because I want the apartment to be available the next time I go to Orlando!

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

Great stay, room was very clean, right by downtown

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

My family and I had an incredible stay at this fantastic Airbnb duplex in Orlando for our family reunion, traveling from Austin, TX, with our beloved Maltipoo. This stylish, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex was the perfect retreat, offering modern amenities and a welcoming vibe that made our trip truly memorable. The modern kitchen was equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The washer and dryer were a huge plus.. High-speed Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms were perfect for cozy movie nights. The central air conditioning ensured we stayed comfortable in Orlando’s warmth, and the free parking right at the duplex was super convenient for our rental car. Orlando getaway, this 2-bedroom gem is it! We’re already planning our next visit, and I highly recommend it to families and pet owners. Book it—your pup will thank you!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The rooms were so much bigger than they seemed in the pictures and I absolutely loved all the windows so that we could see the beautiful surroundings. The morning sun rose above a pond-filled pasture and it was amazing. Everyone in my family said they slept so soundly in this house and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked that there wasn't clutter or rugs in this home because, although we have a pet, we are also allergic to some pet dander in places that cannot be cleaned properly. I am happy to say that we had no problems with allergies here. The towels and bedding were very clean and there were extra blankets and pillows available if we needed them. They also have many items for babies that could really make it easier on families to not have to pack those things. Marjorie responded quickly and was always friendly when I contacted her. We would most definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

There was plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen (even with creamer for coffee!) and a pull out bed and blow up mattress if needed. The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!
