We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We literally spent more than 1/2 our time in the Mansard Lanai with the pool, jacuzzi & fire place. Grab a coffee to start the day & Hang out outside in the screened in lanai. Inside both bedrooms had king size beds, which was great. The built ins, in the master closet made functioning really easy. Plus it decluttered the room! We brought our little beagle & she loved the property too. She loved hanging out in the lanai with or without us. The use of the electric golf cart got us all around the villages in style & we enjoyed just plugging it in, not having to gas it up. The appliances were really nice too! We liked the area so much, that we ended up putting an offer on a house while there. The villages guest passes were valuable if you planned to golf. It saved our friends some money. The transfer to us as primary was $50 & really a must if you planned to use all the facilities. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Susan & David!

We had a great family vacation and can’t wait to return to Marriott Cypress. The two bedroom rental was as pictured, the resort was fully renovated over the last few years. Grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing last minute vacation during the holidays. The resort offered daily activities throughout the day, bike rentals, heated pools, on-site restaurants and the staff were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable, by day two it started to feel like our home away from home (minus the jacuzzi in the main bedroom). I initially booked the rental in error. I submitted a reservation vs. an inquiry. Mina was very helpful and immediately told me to contact Airbnb to cancel. She even re-opened the dates in hopes of other inquiries to replace my reservation. Within 48 hours, and after several email exchange with Mina, we happily agreed to keep the reservation. Many thanks Mina for keeping in touch and helping us create wonderful family memories.

We had such a great time at this place! We've traveled to different parts of Florida a lot over the years and this was by far our favorite area! Downtown St Augustine was great and the backyard set up at David's place was perfect for our group. We would definitely go back!

Pros: (there are lots) Wonderful accommodations for children! Roland goes above and beyond with all the wonderful baby & kids things available for use at the home. (Crib, bassinet, bouncers, toys, amazing children’s room). Lots of safety features including built in room sound monitors and extra locks to outdoor spaces. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious, plenty of room for families. Beds are comfortable. Pool/hot tub outside area were perfect & thats where we spent most of our time! Cons: Could use a deep cleaning. & if you’re freaked out from bugs may not be a good fit. Overall we loved our stay at Roland’s & my daughter was obsessed with the house beds! My son loved the hot tub 😎

My husband and I had such an amazing stay here. The location is beautiful, you have a perfect view of the bay on the front porch with some comfy chairs to sit and relax in. There were even bikes there! We rode bikes around the beautiful neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The house was clean and furnished nicely. The master bed was so comfortable. The back yard was beautiful as well and it was relaxing to sit in the hot tub at night. Not far from downtown or the beach at all, about ten minutes. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The pictures looked nice, but there were little things that really stand out that don’t do it justice. We were thrilled to have our own private pool, fire pit and cabana to relax with our family. The owners are very friendly and respond promptly. The entire property is neat and clean. We can’t wait to come back!
