Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Great location, big and cozy house.

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

We were 8 adults and 6 children and enjoyed the weekend in Reinhard's house. It was perfect both for the kids as there were two gardens as well as for the adults as the kitchen-living room invites you to cozy gatherings. There was enough space for everyone (a rarity) and the kitchen was well equipped. You can tell that the house is inhabited and maintained by its owners and is a place of peace and relaxation. The communication with Reinhard was impeccable, he is an extremely reactive and accommodating host and has been very accommodating to our wishes and concerns. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, the key is stored in a safe. The surroundings are also picturesque, the house nestled in the most beautiful nature in a small charming place. All in all: great recommendation, especially for quality-time in the circle of friends!

A very calming place to stay!

Very nicely located house in a quiet location. The property is very well equipped, both outdoors and indoors (sufficient kitchen utensils, baby equipment, etc.). Gabriela and Lena were very nice, always available and responded very quickly. We would come back anytime.

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. I would especially like to highlight the communication with Dennis – fast, friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. We had a really nice time and would come back anytime :) Thank you Dennis

We had such a lovely stay at Lakeview Residence. The apartment has the most incredible view and is in a great location, with some great hikes very close by. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Emanuel and Sabine were both very kind and friendly.

An absolutely magical stay! 🌲🏡 The house itself is a dream of pure wood. Nestled in the forest and with a panoramic view of the mountains, you wake up here every morning with the feeling of living in the middle of a postcard motif. Our host Bernhard was also on the upper floor of the house during our stay. He was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. He satisfied our curiosity about timber construction by patiently explaining the construction process, showing videos and passionately answering all our questions. The house was very clean, superbly equipped and cozy – firewood was always ready, the kitchen offers everything you need to cook, and the large windows bring the forest directly into the living room. Watching the peaks of the Dachstein with a coffee on the terrace in the morning was an unforgettable highlight. If you are looking for peace, nature and authentic wooden architecture, this is the place to be. We will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment with great infrared sauna and beautiful view. The kitchen is basic but good.

We enjoyed our stay at Stefanie’s place. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very authentic. There is an amazing view to the mountains. It is a calm and relaxing place. Would be glad to come back again!
