From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Our holiday home is located on the eastern outskirts of the city, in a side street without through traffic. The BMW plant is 5 min by car. The nearest bus station is 200 m away, the bus to the city center runs every 10-15 minutes. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes by foot) you will find various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeka, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlor, pizzeria). Well-maintained hiking and walking paths as well as ski spots can also be found in the vicinity (5-7 minutes walk).

Fantastic place to stay during our visit, the aparment was clean and everything was in order. We were surprised because the place is actually larger than it appears on pictures! The host was very helpful and accomondating! I highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a palce to stay near Regensburg!

The apartment is super centric, right in the Altstadt. It is tastefully decorated, compact but serves all the needs and feels quite cozy. From the first moment in, there is a nice fresh smell. It was very clean. We’ve enjoyed our stay and would stay again! <3

I had a thoroughly pleasant stay – everything really worked out well. Everything that was agreed or promised in advance was also adhered to exactly. The apartment was super clean and very well maintained – I immediately felt comfortable and almost at home. I was particularly pleased that I was also allowed to receive visitors – and that was completely uncomplicated, at any time. A big thank you for the relaxed and hospitable atmosphere! I'd love to come back.

2min to Stöbausplatz was convenient to catch a bus for every direction. Busy road during the day though quiet for a good sleep. Bakery in the same building is helpful.

The location of the apartment is great and it is beautiful. Peaceful yet centrally located. No annoying search for a parking space is necessary, as this is right outside the front door and reserved for guests. Anselm is a really nice friendly host. Arrangements quickly and easily... the "guest side" sent is perfect. Everything simple and well described... how to get into the apartment by key box, where you can rent a bike at great prices (13 EUR for an e-bike - terrific!!!!!) how the check in/out works... Welcome water and chocolate. It all worked out. We will be happy to come back!

Very bright new penthouse apartment (private room)

Dietmar left the apartment on Friday, so I had the apartment to myself. The stop is really right outside the door, you are at the train station in 20 minutes. The Westbad with a beautiful sauna area is a 10-minute walk. The small balcony directly on the room is famous. I'd love to come back!
