We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am östlichen Stadtrand, in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Bushaltestelle ist 200 m entfernt, der Bus ins Zentrum fährt alle 10 Minuten, in 10 bis 15 Min. sind Sie im Zentrum. Die Bahnstation ist 3 Minuten entfernt (3 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof). Fußläufig (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Edeka, Apotheke, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Pizzeria). Ihr Auto können Sie kostenlos und sicher neben der Wohnung abstellen, es gibt immer genügend Parkplätze.

Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen und idyllischen Dorf Matting an der Donau. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wandern, Radfahren oder SUB-Fahren auf der Donau sind möglich. Regensburg ist bequem mit Auto in 12 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Terrasse an der Ostseite ist mit der Morgensonne ideal für das Frühstück. Die Terrasse an der Südseite hat einen offenen Kamin und geht über in den Garten. Die Gastgeber leben im 1. Stockwerk.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
