The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The windows of the apartment go down to the floor, so the entire apartment is flooded with light. On top, you have an unobstructed mountain view and see Mauterndorf Castle. The balcony is equipped with seating and a small table to enjoy the surrounding landscape. The bunk bed in the children's room is a child's dream come true.

Our place is good for couples and families with kids (e.g. 4 adults or a family with up to 3 kids).
