Welcome to the southern city in Germany! The apartment with a combined living and sleeping room offers space for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

Your own little mountain retreat at the very top of the house: a glazed south-facing balcony, mountain views, and the Nebelhornbahn cable car is a five-minute walk away. On the top floor, for one person. A 90-cm cabinet bed disappears into the wall during the day, freeing up the space. Private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, no stove or oven. Streaming TV; the Wi-Fi is suitable for a home office. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
