Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this peaceful place to stay. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, and TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential services for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area, and a barbecue area.

The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

The idyllic house is very quietly located in the ski and hiking area of Flumserberg. The kitchen as well as the living and sleeping areas are very well equipped and bed linens (but no terry or bath towels) are provided. Since it is an older house, the room heights throughout the house are relatively low. In summer, the spacious garden with terrace and fireplace can be used. Good starting point for hikes and ski days

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
