This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
