It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

New apartment renovated in September 2019, you will find the charm of Alsatian beams and all modern comforts. 1 minute from the university campus and 10 minutes from Strasbourg Cathedral on foot, you will also have the opportunity to park your bikes in the inner courtyard or your car in an underground parking lot with electric charging (for a fee).

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. Only a few steps away from the forest and in the middle of nature, the barrier-free apartment offers a lot of space for relaxation, rest and get-together. Ideal for all who wants to spend a relaxing time in the middle of the Black Forest. In the Apartment Monolith you will live on 50 m², with a luxurious interior in a charming Black Forest style.

The old barn was renovated in early 2018 with tradition and modernity. An ideal stop for a tourist stay in Alsace. Two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed allow us to accommodate up to 6 people. To relax, a sauna and family pool are available. Osthoffen is a wine village located on the outskirts of Strasbourg. 15 minutes is enough to get to the city center or the airport. Mühlenlounge

Our apartment "Mühlenlounge" deserves its name. We live in an old oil mill, a short walk from the attractive city center of Haslach, where the preserved half-timbered framework is impressive. The Mühlenlounge has a loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved. Nevertheless, the state of the art in this apartment is modern, such as TV, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, etc.

Historic building of former train station

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.

Haussmannian apartment, 100 m2, parking

In the heart of downtown Colmar, in the Golden Triangle district, Haussmannian apartment of 100 m2 and 3.30 m high ceilings, located on the 1st floor of a mansion overlooking the Champ de Mars park. No elevator. 4-star rating by the Prefecture. Parking included, (covered and monitored in front of the apartment). Pets allowed by reservation only and for a fee (€20 package).

It is a quiet attached apartment with 45 m2 in our house. They have their own entrance, so they are undisturbed. The apartment is surrounded by vineyards. The nearest shopping area is a 5-minute walk away. They can park right in front of the house. It is 2.7 km to Bühl and 10 km to Baden-Baden.
