We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
