One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Strumpflunerhof, where you will find peace and quiet

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

Garden apartment direct at the hiking trail + ski

This newly built holiday apartment boasts stunning views and is close to the Obereggen (1 km)/Latemarium and Rosengarten/Lake Carezza hiking/skiing areas, climbing, and hiking trails (right in front of the house) in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll love the accommodation's stunning natural surroundings, yet it's just a 20-minute drive from Bolzano. Couples, families (with children), skiers, snowboarders, hikers, climbers, cyclists, bikers, nature lovers, and groups are welcome.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Hi! With us in the Eggental, a quiet and lovingly furnished apartment awaits you on the 1st floor. Take advantage of the proximity to the ski and hiking areas of Obereggen (2.4 km), Carezza-Karersee (10 km) and the city of Bolzano (20 km). You can reach them with the Guest Pass (public transport). Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 sqm. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.

My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course.
