Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

All around perfect stay! The apartment is beautiful and easy to find. Due to the flexible check-in, we were able to spend the day until evening at the Therme Erding and relaxed came to the beautiful and sparkling clean apartment. A few minutes walk there is a public parking lot where we easily found something free. The contact with Abdullah was always quick, friendly and straightforward. He was extremely accommodating and we were completely satisfied. Next time in Erding we will definitely book this apartment again!

Gunter's place is in a nice quiet neighborhood and it's very close to public transport so you can be in the centre of Munich in 20 mins. The flat had everything I needed and was clean and tidy and Gunter was very friendly and recommend some places to visit and also pointed out where the local supermarkets are. Would recommend if you are traveling alone and are looking for a base in a peaceful area from which to explore the city.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the associated induction field, as well as the oven and microwave are modern and in a 1-A condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with beautiful views! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which overlooks the house slightly elevated. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.
