Pls feel yourself at home in the attractive, 75m2 holiday apartment. It is located on the 1st floor (elevator avail.) in the well-maintained residential complex in Golf del Sur. It is located on the sunny south coast in the municipality of San Miguel. As the name suggests, there are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity and the proximity to the sea also makes the area's location so unique. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful promenade, the marina, restaurants and cafes.

This beautiful 3 bedroom home is ideally suited for families. The house is centrally but quietly located between Golf del Sur and Los Abrigos (old fishing village). Less than 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the popular seaside resort of Las Americas / Los Cristianos. Ideal for people who want to avoid the crowds, but can go there when the need arises. The house is fully equipped and ideal for a wonderful holiday on sunny Tenerife!
