The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). We had an absolutely amazing stay at Matt’s place in Duxford, just outside Cambridge. From the moment we booked, Matt was incredibly helpful and communicative, his check-in instructions were crystal clear and made everything effortless. The apartment itself was stunning! spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home. The attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear Matt has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space for guests. The location was also perfect, peaceful and scenic. Matt’s guidebook was packed with brilliant local recommendations, from places to eat to things to see, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. All in all, a fantastic experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this gem

Wonderful stay with lovely owner. Very convenient location and made getting around very easy as someone new to Cambridge. Everything is in walking distance. Many eateries nearby. Spacious and warm - very nice stay. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

This is a very well equipped and clean apartment on the first floor (not ground floor) of a modern apartment 2 minutes walk from Cambridge Station. It's safe and secure. Very comfortable furniture. The balcony overlooks a grassy commons area...and is on the Southside, thus thus a warm sunshine during the day. Thanks to the hosts John and Amy for making this easy and comfortable and safe!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

Fantastic new build accommodation, great for me and my colleagues working in local area

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

Stayed here while travelling for work, good location and had everything we needed nearby. Adam was helpful and responsive and checked in during the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

A very clean cosy apartment. I have enjoyed staying there. It has got everything you need. Communication with the host was fantastic. Parking near the apartment is challenging. Opposite is a car park where you can park for free until 4pm. Later there is good space opposite of the Busy Bee Nursery at King St which is about 5min walk to the apartment.

Phillip was really helpful and made us feel right at home. The Airbnb was even better than the photos and the area was so peaceful but still close to the city centre. We would happily stay again!

It is a cozy flat with enough space for up to 3-4 people. Can recommend it if you plan a short stop in Cambridge. Easy to find and good communication with the owner.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever encountered, I have paid double the amount for airbnbs that don’t have HALF the amenities this one has! Anything you can name, this airbnb has it and Stephen was such a kind + interactive host. There is seasoning, sauces in the fridge, many pans, an amazing drying rack and loads more useful things. The balcony is gorgeous!! I’d love to stay here again and there was no problems from the neighbours, everything about this airbnb was accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you so much Stephen :)

Lovely, comfortable stay at Mihir's place. We booked here last minute when our accommodation fell through elsewhere. Mihir's responsiveness really helped us out. Clear check-in instructions and a smooth check-in process, it was a pleasure to stay here and Mihir was a great host and made sure everything was right for us. Would recommend and we'll definitely try and book again if we're back in the area!
