Vacation rentals with a patio in Oak View

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

Fabio has a great place and is super communicative. He was very accommodating and friendly and went out of his way. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Parking was easy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Beautiful home! Hosts were amazing, responded in a timely manner to all questions. The house was easy to find and had many clean towels as well as cutlery!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at Posh’s place on our first visit to not only LA. The location is great, we felt very safe when both in and around the apartment. The place was clean, with plenty of towels, toiletries were provided as well as all basic cooking appliances. Smart TV and WiFi were available which all worked fine. Posh was very helpful with check in and parking instructions, parking is clearly marked and Posh was very quick to help when another vehicle was parked in the spot. The apartment is close to the Culver Steps which features lots of shops and places to eat/drink, as well as several other places to eat around the apartment, but is also in a great location for reaching other parts of LA - Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Manhattan Beach etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place. We are already looking to return to LA and would use Posh’s place again without hesitation.

Home is lovely and comfortable. Jonathan was a great host! Responsive and went the extra mile to order and have delivered a blender, which we appreciated. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.
