Vacation rentals with a pool in Oak Island

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The pool was perfect for our family of 12, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from everything, and Lil & John’s ice cream shop down the street became a daily stop for us. We rented the golf cart for the week, which was a great choice—it made exploring the island super convenient, though even the beach was only a 5-minute walk if we chose to go on foot. The house came fully loaded with beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, a smoker, and plenty of games and toys for everyone to enjoy. It’s spacious enough to relax together or find a quiet corner on your own. Jess, the host, was amazing—she was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. You can tell she really cares about making her guests feel at home. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Jess again the next time we visit Oak Island. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be back! We loved the house! The pool was perfect size and the perfect cool down after the beach! Spacious outdoor shower which is a family favorite. Easy walk to the beach as she said and she thought of everything! Every toy , float, beach item was there to borrow. Bathroom was very clean, towels and linens supplied made packing easy. We felt at home❤️.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We can't say enough wonderful things about Carolina Views! We loved everything about the house, but the views from the back deck were breathtaking! We saw such beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, etc.) There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for additional people. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. We took full advantage of the pool as well! The private beach access was a very short walk and never crowded! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would absolutely recommend Carolina Views to anyone looking for a beautiful house with amazing views!

We just returned from our stay. The best part was this beautiful home. It isn’t a typical, builder-grade beach house but one that is built with quality construction. It’s beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and very organized. The owners have thought of everything you may need for your stay. Having only two bathrooms had its challenges at times with six adults, but that’s the only “negative”. You can tell this is more than a house to the family that owns it. It is a home that they love. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for an Oak Island stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean. Pool was cloudy upon arrival and only got worse, a lot of fire ants around the pool. Overall we would stay there again and the beach equipment was a huge plus! Beds were OK, comfortable enough. Kitchen had everything you need as well, everything is labeled for easy finding.

Our visit was great. To start with, yes this truly is a 4 minute walk to the beach. (Timed it out first day.) Vik even has a beach wagon that you can use if you don’t travel light to the beach - aka have kids! Entire walk is on a quiet side street - we never had issues walking. Next the home is really great. Highlights for us - wonderful pool!, ceiling fans throughout the home, onsite laundry, and just overall it felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue that needed Vik’s assistance but he was extremely responsive and wasted no time to get it resolved asap. We greatly appreciated that! Definitely recommend and will consider in the future.

What a wonderful week!! Jim was super helpful and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. Instructions for check-in and check-out were easy. The house was amazing and just what we needed and expected. The chairs by the water were my morning coffee spot and absolutely perfect! Pool was lovely for afternoon soaks when the wind on the beach was crazy.

This condo was perfect for a quick little get away for the family! There was plenty of room and having a pool and being beach front was perfect with the little one. Being downtown helped as well as it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Tori was very responsive and helped us as best as possible when we needed to reach out to her. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we are able!

The beautiful balcony, space just as expected, responsive host, and all the essentials already there made our first family of 3 vacation with our little boy very enjoyable! We loved ordering dinner and eating on the patio to watch the sunset. The pool is clean and perfect after a day at the beach!

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

We always love a stay at Carolina Beach and this place made it all the better! The balcony overlooking the beach is the best part but also enjoyed a very clean and relaxing air bnb. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful.

Another great summer vacation in the books! Chad is THE BEST host and his place is the best one on the beach!! We are repeat guests & highly recommend this condo. I've rented a lot of AirBNB all around the country & this one ranks as one of the top on the list. Chad goes above & beyond. I wish he would buy & rent out some more places!!!

We had a fantastic week at John's place with our family for spring break. It is a quiet area of the island. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the deck is beautiful. It was the perfect place for a family of four. We fell in love with Oak Island and hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING!
