If you're grillilng out, having a bonfire or watching movies all night long, you can turn up that volumn as loud as you want all night long! I posted my listing under "entire home" as you do get so much more than just renting "a room". When I have guests I stay in my office or bedroom so my guests feel more comfortable utalizing entire home & yard. In fact, if you don't ask for breakfast, you may not even see me at all.

Ranch Style home in a quiet Neighborhood. You will feel at home and comfortable! The home is well maintained and very clean. In the winters you could cozy up to a nice fire upstairs and relax with a glass of wine. Downstairs is a second fireplace you have going and play a game of pool. In The summer you can enjoy the three seasons room, with looking a cup of coffee and look at the planted flower garden. Close to the Wauwatosa village down town. Even closer to Elm Grove Village.

Our relaxing, clean, fully equipped Bay View bungalow delivers a perfect getaway. We are equipped with 1g wifi, 4K smart TV, dimmers, and a washer/dryer. Tastefully decorated, uncomplicated, and comfortable. There are cozy coffee shops, restaurants, and local bars just a few blocks from the house. The Bay View Dog Park is one block away.
