Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed our second time at this house. Only negative this time was the fireplace wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be looked at during our stay.

A very clean and comfortable place, fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The beds are comfortable with white hotel-style sheets, and the same goes for the towels. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-stocked. What I liked the most is that they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

We booked here to celebrate our forst wedding anniversary and it was perfect. This place is a gem. The hosts were very responsive to questions or suggestions to places to go. The place was super easy to find and is very accessible to all the great restaurants and places nearby. This is definitely a place we will be returning to.

Excellent location that is easy walking distance to old town Cottonwood. We enjoyed our stay and are already discussing another trip to explore the area more. Tiffany was extremely easygoing and responded quickly.

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

Shannon's place is a fun and quirky older home in a great neighborhood in Flagstaff. We attended a concert at Pepsi Amphitheatre and had no problem getting a Lyft to and from the venue (only a 10 minute drive away). Comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and decor that will keep you entertained for hours just looking at it all! We will look to stay at Shannon's place again when we return to Flagstaff!

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

As another review said, “if you’re on the fence, just book it.” So glad we did! What an amazing spot. So thankful we got to stay! Hope to be back soon. Christopher was so attentive. He checked in every day, offered recommendations, and was extremely accommodating!

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

We stayed here for spring break with our son, who got to see Sedona for the first time. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and well equipped. Our son LOVED the video games. And, of course, the view off the back deck is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and private, and is in easy reach of some great stores, restaurants, and local attractions. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Sedona now, and look forward to coming back.

Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice and quiet. It was great to walk to nearby restaurants. Lots of hiking nearby too. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.

We loved our stay in Sedona at Russel’s place. Location was great, right off main road and close to uptown. Grocery and restaurants all very close by. Was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Appreciated laundry access during vacation. Condo is close to pool and hot tub. Russell provided a guide book with helpful suggestions of local hikes. He was very quick and responsive to any questions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay! The house is easy to find and in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. You can hear the trains nearby at night but it’s not disruptive. The location is convenient and walkable to downtown Flagstaff. My son loved the park two blocks away. All the amenities were helpful, especially the kitchen gadgets and washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The primary shower was awesome. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Flagstaff.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay with family and appreciated our dogs could be with us too! A surprise snowfall made us especially grateful for the wood-burning stove!

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

We came for spring break with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total, ranging from 2 years old to 8 years old. The place was perfect for our group. The kids spent most of their day outside playing near the creek, catching lizards, building sand castles, and enjoying the hot tub. We BBQed almost every night. The house isn't really walkable to easy shopping or dining, but we weren't there for that. We drove to different hiking spots (Grasshopper and West Fork were great for our group - leave the house by 9am or after 2:30pm otherwise traffic is terrible). Walmart delivered to the house and there are three other grocery stores within 15 mins. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this place and hope we get to go back! Thank you for the memories.

We stayed here for one night twice in one week - on our way out to CA and then again on our way back. It's a lovely little place in the trees to stay! It's only about 330 square feet so not a ton of room, but the queen bed was very comfortable and there's a nice bar area for dining with a small microwave, awesome retro-looking mini fridge and coffee maker as well as a couple plates, coffee mugs, utensils and fixings for coffee. The bathroom was nice as well with amazing water pressure in the shower!! Big windows in the living area and bedroom let in lots of natural light and I'm sure the wood burning stove is a joy in the winter (it was too warm for us to use this trip). My only wish is that the tv was on the wall in the living room instead of behind the door in the bedroom. It would've been great to have a remote that would work the power and volume for the tv as well instead of just the Roku remote. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the Flagstaff area.
