Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
