We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

A little cold when we arrived due to the time of year and no quest before us, this was some put right with the heating system. If we needed anything Ady was always there to help. It is well equipped with modern cooking facilities, plus a washer come dryer machine. An added bonus is the view of the country side from the window.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

A really nice place for me and my family. Very clean and feels like home. My two young kids loved it. Close driving distance to Leicester centre and surrounding suburbs. Debra communicated well and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

We booked this stay for 5 adults and a 2.5 year old for family members bday. The place is stunning and the hot tub is an added bonus. Lounge area is brilliant and comfy. Dining table area great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Bedrooms spotless and beds very comfy! Main bedroom had bifold doors with amazing views. Local area great we went to Calke abbey and the local pubs. Went to Alton towers final day and only 50 min drive. Coffee and tea station on arrival was a lovely touch. Outside sofa area comfy and stylish. I would say that the outside seating area needs more chairs / a little coffee table as there isn’t anywhere to put drinks or enough room for all 5 adults to sit. Also maybe some plastic garden cups would be good. Also to note that there is a big drop at end of garden to a stream - whilst toddler loved seeing resident ducks it was a watch 24/7 situation. Travel cot provided but not suitable for over 2 as too small. Overall loved the stay ! Would def go back.

For our needs the location was great. The place is very clean, well organized and well heated. All went very smoothly.

We stayed here after our accommodation fell through at the last minute and we were really saved by Brendan's responsiveness. Fantastic stay. Lovely and clean, Brendan checked up on us constantly without infringing on our privacy, he made sure we knew exactly where to go and how check-in, made sure we had everything we needed and always available if we needed something extra. We had a very comfortable stay and if we're ever in Leicester again we'll be sure to try and book again. Thank you Brendan for looking after us and being so attentive, we really appreciated it!

Julie’s cottage is spotlessly clean, warm and very homely. She allowed me to have an early check-in and a later checkout, which was very much appreciated. The back garden is totally enclosed, which I needed for my little dog. The recreation ground is within 5 minutes walk, which was great for longer dog walks. I would definitely book again! Julie was a kind and thoughtful host.

Great communication, a lovely home from home for our colleagues. Easy check in. Would book again and recommend to all contractors for accommodation 😊

Wonderful clean flat , perfect quiet location, wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. But what really made the experience special was the host. Super friendly, always quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth thanks to their clear communication. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. Would 100% recommend and stay again just because of how welcoming and helpful they were.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Beautiful, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing apartment—perfect for a girls’ weekend! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it super comfortable, and the kitchen and living area were stunning. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like chocolates, games, and room fragrances. Great central location, very safe with a Ring doorbell, and a lift for easy access. Smooth check-in/out, and the host was very responsive. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Stayed away for work purposes. James's place was spot on. Clean, private and the bed was really comfy. Had everything I needed. Would stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It's in an ideal location to explore Leicester and the office street parking was really handy. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Robert was very responsive and helpful.
