We had a beautiful and peaceful stay at May’s homestay with our two young children. The location is nestled in nature and offers a great escape from the city. May was incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful right from the time of booking—she patiently answered all our questions and made sure we felt welcomed and informed. The food was a highlight for us. We are vegan, and they went the extra mile to accommodate our dietary needs—even preparing delicious egg-free meals for our kids. The herbal bath and tour options looked very interesting, and we appreciated being able to discuss them in person before deciding. The room was cozy and just right for our family, and they provided extra mattresses as requested. A small suggestion for future guests—if you’re coming with a private taxi, make sure your driver has clear directions to the village, as the homestay is a little off the main route. Overall, we had a comfortable, authentic, and memorable experience in Sapa. Highly recommended for

We absolutely loved out time at the Indy homestay. Thanh and her husband were so welcoming and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. They even arranged the taxis too and from their homestay. The family dinners were the highlight of our trip and they tasted authentic just like my moms cooking (I’m Vietnamese). Their location is close to some of the best walking views, tasty authentic restaurants and bars, and is a nice quiet escape away from the cities. The bed is very comfy and their pets are so sweet and friendly. We walked about 15 minutes to rent a motorbike and explored the local villages. There is so much to explore we wish we had more time!! Would come back again in a heartbeat.

I am so glad I booked this homestay to gain a real experience of what Sa Pa has to offer. Mai's family was very hospitable and catered for all our needs. The property is quiet and great to walk the area amongst beautiful scenery. If you want to go into the main town it is easy and cheap to taxi in. We loved this place and highly recommend!
